Meet the Founder:
Rachel Curtis

Lives and teaches classes in Trenton, TX

Qualifications:

ACE Certified Personal Trainer, BS in Exercise Science and Nutrition, Certified P31 Fitness Trainer, Certified Health Promotions Directory from the Cooper Institute.

About Her: 

Married to Braughn Curtis, head boys basketball coach,  mom to 2 wonderful blessings, Madison (3) and Jaxon(1).  BCIS/Web Mastery teacher at the High School. 

Rachel Says

I love helping young girls and women see their worth and purpose in life.  Because of my own background and struggles with nutrition, fitness, and other areas, I feel I can relate to all types of women. There is an answer to our struggles, and it must be based upon TRUTH! 

God created us all special and unique and He wants us to FEEL worthy and FREE every day.  I believe that we were meant to take care of the bodies that God has given us each day and that when we take care of ourselves, we are better equiped to take care of those around us each day.

In P31 Fitness, you will find caring trainers, challenging workouts, and a program that you will not find anywhere else.  It is truly a community of accountability and support to help you along your journey of health. If there is anything I can do for you, I want you to know that  I am here to help you in any way!


The Story of P31 Fitness:

As a teacher and a coach, Rachel has always been interested in helping others with their fitness and health.  She held various fitness classes for women in school gyms, cafeterias, and more.  When a teacher requested a summer bootcamp, Rachel set up registration.  Expecting a smaller group, she was amazed when 110 women came for an intense, challenging summer of bootcamp workouts.  The women worked hard, learned about whole health, and wanted to continue.  At that point, Rachel and her husband, Braughn saw the intense need for a program designed specifically for women - all types, all levels, and all areas of health.  

Braughn and Rachel worked diligently to develop a program based upon biblical principals of truth.  They have enjoyed building the program into a franchised based business, and want to provide opportunities for others to bless women in their towns and communities.  

It is a way for trainers and franchise owners alike to get to do what they love - bless others with the gift of health!

The P31 Fitness Foundation

The Name

P31 Fitness  was founded on the principles of "The Proverbs 31 Woman" described in the bible.

By properly taking care of personal health, with fitness, women are given the strength and ability to love and care for the people in their lives.

The Mission

P31 Fitness is about empowering women of all ages to experience freedom Mentally, Emotionally, Physically, and Spiritually through a unique fitness environment.

Women from different walks of life come together for encouragement and support in all areas of health.

Each class is a time that women can push one another to their full potential, hold one another accountable, learn from one another, and enjoy their fitness experience.


The Workouts

The workouts offer variety in style, routine, and format.

Class sessions include cardiovascular work, weight training, kickboxing, body resistance training, stretching, and core work.

The workouts will always offer a wide range of variety so expect something new each time. We close each class with time to reflect on your spiritual and physical health and always have opportunity to share with other women.

Each of the P31 trainers works to insure safety and proper technique while challenging your body to reach new levels of fitness.


The Health Prescription

We believe that great health is not only a matter of looking and feeling good, but through finding a balance of the following 5 areas in life.

  • Physical Exercise
  • Spiritual Exercise
  • Sleep
  • Water Intake
  • Nutrition & Supplementation


Sessions

All Class Sessions are 4 weeks in length and you must register each month to attend.

  • P31 CLASSES  - Morning, afternoon, and evening classes during August-May.  (2, 3, or 5 days a week)
  • P31 SUMMER BOOTCAMPS - June and July - jump start your fitness levels with a Bootcamp.
  • P31 NEW YEAR'S BLAST  - The week following Christmas - jump start your fitness levels with one week of workouts at the New Year's Blast.

We close each class with time to reflect on your spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health. 


Type of Workouts

  • EVERYTHING!  Cardiovascular work, weight training, kickboxing, body resistance training, bootcamps, circuit training, pilates, and core work. 

  • Each workout is one hour in length
  • Every workout is challenging, and different and you won't get bored!
  • See your town for more detailed class descriptions


Cost

  • Pricing details are located on your town location page

  • Members register and pay every 4 weeks upon registration for the class or pass.

  • AGES 10 -18 = 1/2 PRICE for ANY 4-WEEK CLASS

NEW MEMBERS pay a one time $20 registration fee during non-bootcamp months.
