Amber believes that staying healthy is not only a personal need but also an example for her children to choose healthy lifestyles. As a student of P31, Amber found the time spent with other women as a place to concentrate on being the best she could physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Now as a teacher, her goal is to allow other women to experience this and grow in the way God chooses.

For the past eight years, Amber has taught in the public education setting as a 4th grade teacher and the university setting at TAMU-Commerce. Currently she stays at home with her two children, and on Friday nights during football season you are sure to find them cheering for the Wildcats and their coach, Rodney Flowers.
