Esther 4:14

This was spoken to Esther by her uncle Mordecai after she became Queen of Persia. Mordecai had just learned that all the Jews were to be destroyed. He was encouraging Esther to use her position as Queen to help save the Jews.
As women we have all been called to a position of royalty, and just like Esther, we need to use our position for good and help others at all times.
