P31 Fitness is based on the Proverbs 31 woman. We believe spiritual health is one of the most important pieces to overall health. God desires for us to take care of our health and glorify Him in all things. This does not mean perfection, this means being healthy enough to carry out His work each day. We teach how to incorporate strengthening your spiritual walk along with your daily, busy life. As a P31 Fitness Member, you will receive daily devotional emails and a weekly newsletter with additional devotionals. Each P31 Fitness class ends with time for you to reflect on your spiritual health and journal opportunities in your P31 Fitness Workbook.
The mental piece of health can be the most difficult for women. We often find ourselves believing the “lies” of the world, instead of the truth that God has to offer about us. In P31 Fitness, we teach that in order to achieve overall health, you must strive to strengthen yourself mentally. P31 Fitness challenges you with a Weekly Action Challenges in this area. We encourage women to focus on their strengths rather than their weaknesses. Each P31 Fitness class ends with time for you to focus on your mental health and opportunities to track your health in your P31 Fitness workbook.
P31 Fitness is a unique workout experience that includes working on your emotional health. As women, it is easy to let our emotions get the very best of us, and bring us down to a place we don’t need to remain. The accountability and support from other members in P31 Fitness, as well as your trainer, and daily devotionals, increases your level of emotional health. Unlike other workout programs, P31 Fitness allows you time to build relationships with other women while encouraging and supporting each other. Each P31 Fitness class ends with time for you to reflect on your emotional health and opportunity to journal about your emotional journey.
Because we are a workout program, you can rest assured that you will get a GREAT workout in each and every P31 Fitness bootcamp and class. We offer a unique system that allows you to do what you can do – and never feel like everyone is watching you. P31 Fitness offers a variety of workouts that constantly change, so you NEVER get bored! Workouts are intense, but can be modified for any fitness level. Each week you will be challenged with an action fitness challenge. You will receive daily health tip emails to encourage you along your journey to overall health. We have a strong belief in your nutrition playing a big part in this journey, and we support you in this area as well. Each class ends with a daily health and nutrition tip, as well as a time for you to reflect on your physical health. We provide food logs and support in your P31 Fitness workbook.
